Have you seen a bunch of recipes you want to make, but they call for roasted garlic and you've never made it before? Well, here's the extremely simple and easy way to make way more roasted garlic than you need, but will absolutely want to devour!

Ingredients
1-7 heads of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil (1 head) OR 1 cup olive oil (7 heads)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut top off of garlic head(s). If making multiple heads of garlic, place in a baking dish with the sliced tops facing down
Drizzle garlic with olive oil
Wrap garlic with aluminum oil and place in center of oven to cook for 40-45 minutes (if making multiple garlic heads, place the aluminum foil over the baking dish)
When done, garlic should be golden brown and your whole kitchen should smell like heaven. Let the garlic cool before squeezing out the cloves, mash into desired consistency, and use for a variety of dishes!
